Bijna helemaal AFFO

Almost completed Finished Object

Na toch een serieuze zoektocht op Blogger waar in hemelsnaam picasa upload zit, kan ik eindelijk verder!
Bijna alle genomen foto's zijn mislukt :0( en dan ook nog picasa nauwelijks meer kunnen vinden...hm, het zit niet mee ;)
Maar, desalniettemin:
TADAA :0)

After a serious search for on Blogger for the picasa upload I finally can move on!
Almost all my pictures were foggy :( and add to that the almost impossible search for picasa...hm, things don't go as planned ;)
But, nevertheless:
TADAA :0)

De bies zit er omheen, de tunnel zit eraan...alleen nog de laatste kleine dingetjes als versiering, maar ik dacht dat die wel even konden wachten, zodat hij toch echt hangt met de kerstdagen :0)

the binding is attached, the tunnel is attached...only things that need to be done are the last little embellishments, but I thought that they could wait a bit, so that the quilt will be hanging at Christmas :0)

Er heerste hier enorm veel drukte, echt! Dagen geen steek kunnen maken...sinds gisteren dan toch eindelijk weer wat kunnen doen en daar was ik ook wel aan toe!
De kerstboom staat :0)
Nog nooit zo lang over gedaan, zeg maar een dag of drie, voor ik alle kerstversiering opgehangen had in huis...slik...
Maar wat ik heb gedaan daar ben ik erg blij mee :0) Mijn huisje is precies zo gezellig als ik voor ogen had!

There was a lot of chaos here, really! For days I wasn't able to make even one stitch...but since yesterday I finally got around to sewing again and I was in dear need of it!
The Christmas tree is up :0)
I have never needed so many time to put up my decorations, it was like a day or three...sigh...
But what I did is very pleasing to me :0) My house is just as cosy as I had in mind!

Hij is groot en licht, heerlijk!

It is big and bright, love it!

Mijn sterretjes hebben allemaal een prachtig plekje gevonden! Wat ben ik daar ook blij mee, mijn scrappy stars :0)
Er hangen er een aantal op mijn werkkamer en de rest is de guirlande aan de trap ingegaan:
(helemaal op de foto is dus mislukt...)

There are a few hanging in my crafting room and the rest of them have found a place in my garland by the stairs:
( the whole picture was a failure, alas...)

Drukte...maar niets te laten zien :(

Very busy....but nothing to show :(

Hier is de volle drukte voor de Goedheiligman losgekomen! En met hem in zijn kielzog de Kerstman :0) Ik zit in de Activiteiten Commissie van onze school, dus ik krijg alles mee!
Een heerlijke drukte, hoor, maar je komt aan weinig quilterigs toe!

Mijn pakketje voor de Kerstruil is vandaag ook naar de post gegaan :0) Ik hoop dat mijn ontvangster er blij mee zal zijn!! Ik kreeg vandaag de mijne ook al van de post meneer! Wat een heerlijk ingepakt pakketje, zo mag ie wel vaker komen bezorgen haha:

The chaos has begun! First there is Sinterklaas coming by at school, for which many things had to be arranged.. and right behind him Santa is following :0) I am a helping mum at school, so I am involved in pretty much everything at school!
It is a lovely chaos, absolutely, but not much quilting can be done!

My parcel from the Christmas swap went to the post office today :0) I hope the reciever of my parcel will be happy with it!! I got mine today too from the postman! such a treat, to being delivered such a nice wrapped parcel, he can come by and bring stuff more often like this haha:

De eerste winterse decoratie is aangebracht! Hup, naar buiten met alle pompoenen :0) De start van de meteorologische winter is een mooi moment om dit te doen, dus mijn zondagmiddag was gezellig gevuld :0)

The first wintery decorations are in place! Hop, outside with all the pumpkins :0) I had a nicely spent sunday afternoon like this :0)

En nu ik helemaal klaar ben met de Kerstruil, die ik natuurlijk niet mag laten zien, kan ik weer verder met andere projecten die ik straks wel kan laten zien :0) De scheve huisjes vorderen gestaag!
Hopelijk krijg ik die nog op tijd af...

And now that I am completely done with the Christmas swap, which I can't show yet, I can continue with my other projects, which I am allowed to show :0) The little houses come along nicely!
I hope I can finish them on time...
